  • Orders will be shipped only after the shipping cost has been confirmed and paid.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary:

  • Local deliveries: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International deliveries: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a DHL tracking number will be sent to you via text. Ensure to provide correct contact details
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking details provided.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • VaAd.rtw is not responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • VaAd.rtw will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear evidence.
  • VaAd.rtw will assist in resolving shipping issues with DHL, but is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier beyond reasonable control.
