- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

- VaAd.rtw will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear evidence.
- VaAd.rtw will assist in resolving shipping issues with DHL, but is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier beyond reasonable control.
