Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items bought may be returned or exchanged within 4 days of purchase; and should be returned within 14 days after approval is received at the client’s own expense.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered pieces

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
  • Exchanges are allowed once per item.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only (unless otherwise stated).
  • Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Cash refunds are not available.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Items received with defects must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Please present clear evidence (in-store inspection or photos for online purchases).
  • Vaad covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the client
