Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items bought may be returned or exchanged within 4 days of purchase; and should be returned within 14 days after approval is received at the client’s own expense.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered pieces
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
- Exchanges are allowed once per item.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued as store credit only (unless otherwise stated).
- Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Cash refunds are not available.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Items received with defects must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
- Please present clear evidence (in-store inspection or photos for online purchases).
- Vaad covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the client
